This Privacy Policy describes how Onfoft Games ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Orbital Order mobile game (the "Game"). By installing or using the Game you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Game and improve its quality. Specifically:
- Gameplay analytics: level start/complete/fail events, attempt counts, in-game power-up usage, currency balances, daily session timestamps. Collected via Google Firebase Analytics.
- Crash diagnostics: stack traces, device model, OS version, app version, time of crash. Collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics.
- Advertising identifiers: Google Advertising ID (Android, resettable) or Apple Advertising Identifier — IDFA (iOS, resettable). Used by Google AdMob to deliver and frequency-cap personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent. On iOS, your IDFA is only accessed if you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; if you decline, ads continue but are non-personalized.
- Purchase records: Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS) purchase receipts, product IDs, and timestamps for in-app purchases. Processed by Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase; we receive the receipt only for entitlement validation.
We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, contact list, photos, location (GPS), or microphone/camera data.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate the Game (deliver levels, save progress, grant purchased items).
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability.
- To understand level difficulty and tune game balance based on aggregate behavior.
- To serve ads (only if you consent under GDPR/EEA/UK, or by default in non-EEA regions where allowed by law).

4. Children's Privacy
The Game is rated for ages 3+ but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Analytics collection is limited to gameplay behavior; advertising is configured to be non-personalized for users under the age of consent in their jurisdiction. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your Choices
- Ad consent (EEA/UK): On first launch you are shown a consent dialog. You can revisit it in Settings → Privacy Choices.
- iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, the first launch presents Apple's tracking permission prompt. If you decline, ads continue to function but are non-personalized. You can change this at any time: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Orbital Order.
- Reset advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads · iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
- Delete game data: Uninstall the Game, or contact us at onfoftgames@gmail.com to request deletion of analytics/crash data associated with your installation ID.
6. Data Retention
Analytics events are retained by Google Firebase for 14 months by default. Crashlytics retains crash records for 90 days. Purchase receipts are retained as long as legally required by Google Play.
7. Data Transfers
Data is processed by Google and (for iOS purchase processing) Apple in jurisdictions outside Turkey, including the United States and the European Union, under their respective standard contractual clauses.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced in the Game's update notes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
