Last updated: 2026-05-16 · Applies to: Orbital Order (Android) · Publisher: Onfoft Games

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Orbital Order ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. License

Onfoft Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on Android devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. In-App Purchases

The Game offers in-app purchases ("IAPs") processed by Google Play Billing. Virtual items (gems, coins, power-ups, ad-removal) have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are non-refundable except as required by Google Play's refund policy or applicable consumer-protection law. Lost progress (e.g., from uninstalling) does not entitle you to a refund.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as permitted by law; (b) use cheats, automation, or modified clients; (c) attempt to disrupt the service or other users; (d) circumvent in-app purchase mechanisms.

5. Updates

We may release updates that change game balance, fix bugs, or add/remove features. We may discontinue support for older Android versions or older game versions at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onfoft Games disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onfoft Games' total liability for any claim arising from the Game is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 25, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
